Swiss Diamond Factory Outlet Shipping

 

Free Shipping On All Orders of $69 or more.  The free shipping is applied if the total order is $69 or more AFTER any coupons and BEFORE any tax or shipping costs.

Orders placed before 12 pm EST Monday - Friday will ship from our North Carolina warehouse that same day. Orders placed after 12 pm (EST) or on the weekend will ship the next business day. Please be advised that UPS and FedEx do not ship on many national holidays, and we urge you to check your shipping times before placing an important order near or around a holiday.

 

We ship to any location in the United States and its territories. We do not ship internationally (including Canada and APO/FPO addresses) at this time. Shipping is calculated based on item weight and distance from our warehouse. Rates are determined by UPS.

 

No Free Shipping available to AK & HI or to Canada. Please call us if you need any help.

 

Swiss Diamond Factory Outlet Return Policy

Items may be returned unused in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Simply email our customer service team at customerservice@swissgourmetusa.com or call us at 980-224-9044 Ext 406 for a return authorization. Shipping is at the expense of the owner. 

Please include the following information with your return merchandise to quickly and accurately process it:

Your full name and address

Your order number

Reason for return

Desired action (exchange or refund)

Please Note: 1 All Shipping Fees are not refundable.   Refunds and returns are not accepted if cookware has been used.

 

Swiss Diamond Warranty Policy

 

Each piece of Swiss Diamond cookware is covered with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to protect the consumer against manufacturing defects. If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact support@mail.swissdiamond.ladesk.com. The warranty expressly does not cover normal wear and tear, or misuse. See Our Use And Care Instructions.

 

If your pan is starting to show a black carbon build-up that does not come off with normal washing or has begun to lose its nonstick release properties, please see the Use & Care Instructions for more information.

 

 

When will my order arrive?

 

To calculate exact shipping times from our warehouse to your location, use the UPS website's Calculate Time and Cost tool. Our warehouse is located in CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA 28273.

Any free expedited shipping (3 day, 2 day or next day) may be shipped ground if our shipping department decides that ground shipping will be just as fast and the shipping address is within distance for the same number of days or less. If you pay for expedited shipping the shipping method selected will be used.

 

 

 

Retail orders placed ABOVE $2,000 may be sent to the closest UPS or UPS facility.  This ensures that you (the person who ordered the package) signs for it, and the package ends up in the right hands.  If you would like to make other shipping arrangements, please call customer service prior to placing your order.

Swiss Diamond knows the importance of a good gift, and the ability to send it without the recipient knowing it is coming.  However, we also highly value our customer’s security. For this reason, we will need to voice verify every order that is sent to a different address than the billing address on the card used.  We will hold your order and call you to verify as soon as possible; many times within just a few minutes of your order being placed. If you would like to take care of this ahead of time, please contact us at (980) 224-9044 Ext 406, and we can have one our customer service representatives process your order over the phone. If you are placing an order via PayPal, they do their own verification, and your order will ship right away.
